Conscientious Objection
The
Draft
National
Universal Service Act of 2003
An identical bill that was introduced the end of 2003 by Democrats.
Not only will we be drafting both young men AND women, there will
be no college deferments, no escape into Canada, and just about
every aspect of this act is left up to the discression of the President.
Those who aren't drafted for military service will be required to
do 2 years of service for the Dept. of Homeland Security or other
"national defense" aparatus.
